A Digital Rebrand About 200 Years in the Making

In the Spring of ’23, fresh off The Pandemic, I was tasked with running point for the copy portion of one of Hero Digital’s largest projects to date. With an initial budget of $4.8 million dollars, six months, and nearly 225 pages of rewrites, edits, and ideation — it seemed daunting if not impossible.

But 92,000 words later with the help of a crack team of junior writers (across 5 time zones) and a stud of an art partner…we finished two weeks early to deliver a fresh design, new content, and a massive update to a brand dating to the 1800s.
